Removing Weeds, Weed control
Revegetation of cleared areas
Tree planting site maintenance
Native Seed collection and processing
Rubbish Collection
Nest Box Monitoring
Learn Native plant, and weed identification as you go

Your role as a Nursery Assistant will be helping to grow native plant species for revegetation projects  at two Community Nurseries Lagoon Creek Community Nursery Mon and Tues CREEC nursery 7am -3pm flexibility on hours
Tasks and responsibilities
Native Plant Propagation
Native Seed Germination techniques and treatments
Division, Herbaceous and Woody Cuttings
Transplanting seedlings and tubestock into advanced pot sizes
Records, Labelling and Merchandising
Stock rotation and plant care routines
Learn Plant identification
Weeding pots
Labelling and record keeping
